ATC's, happiness card, convention lift ...

I'm sharing my very first ATC trade card with you. It's a bit difficult to pick up the color no matter how many different ways I tried to take it. I did use the Wild Wasabi from SU - it's one of my favorite colors to craft with.

Here is a very simple card I made. I've been trying the "less is more" angle. My daughter thought it was to plain!

I actually thought this project turned out kind of cute! It is tri-fold and inside is a mini bag of M & M's. You could also place a gift card or whatever you like inside. The ribbon slides up to hold it closed (the layered square has pop dots on the top only).

Yup - I lifted a project from Convention 09. My upline was kind enough to let me go through all the goodies she brought bac from Convention and I fell in love with this. (My mom loves bit o'honey so I'm gonna leave this where she can find it).

I promise to do my best in keeping my blog up to date. I appreciate all of you who take the time to visit!

God Bless,
~Samantha

I love your open house projects. I think it was a great success with 4 people...remmeber the old saying...Rome wasn't built....

The way I got into stamping was in a SU! Club. We had 10 people and made 2 cards (the same card twice) once a month. Usually we learned a technique. Then we all had to place a min $25 order. Once a year, we each got to be the hostess for one of the months.

I also LOVE going to card classes. For $25, we made 10 cards, 5 different designs. Christmas is coming up and would be so fun to have a card class. Tell people if they bring a friend, you will knock off $5 from their class cost.

You probably already know all of this but I thought I would share. Good luck!!! Let me know how it goes!!!

Smiles,
Lesley :)

Great cards! I like the less is more cards. Too much make the card look busy and heavy.

I like them all but my favorite is the middle card! You have been doing some really super work! Love and hugs.
